Ana's Carnival

Today I read a picturesque blog about the Carnival that take place every year in Dominican Republic. The author is Ana, a Dominican girl who can not hide how much she misses her country. While reading Ana’s sentences I could imagine every fact she explains and it was like being there, in the middle of the Carnival. For Latin American people this kind of festivity is of great significance and even though each country has its own traditions and customs, the way of celebrate is the same. This street party has the power of transmit happiness to every body; it is a moment of union and friendship, of love and equality.
